Children’s Ministry
J.A.M. — This after school program provides an hour of personalized help with homework followed by a time of Bible stories, songs, crafts, and more. Meets on Wednesdays at 3:45pm for grades K-6 in room 203.
CIA — On Sunday evenings, children in grades 1-6 travel the globe learning about God’s love for all people. Memory verses, games, and stories about missionaries reinforce the great truth “For God so loved the world.” Meets on Sundays at 6:00pm in room 103.
Mission Friends — It’s never to early for children to begin learning of God’s love for everyone. Babies thru kindergartners will have fun singing, playing, and coloring while learning of God’s love.
Youth Ministry
PLUNGE! — Through Bible Study and fellowship the Youth plunge head first into their relationships with Christ. Meets Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the Youth Building.
Youth Praise Team — Drama, Music, and more! Open to all students interested in creative ways of worshipping God. Meets at 5pm each Sunday in the sanctuary
Adult Ministry
Choir — For all who love to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, the choir meets each Wednesday evening at 7:30pm. No tryouts necessary—just a willing heart!
WMU — Women of every age fellowship together for the purpose of learning about, praying for, and living out missions in Marlin, Texas, and throughout the world. Join one of two “circles” depending on which one fits your schedule better. The WMU is responsible each year for our Missions offerings, Operation Christmas Child, and our Angel tree program.
Men’s Ministry — Meets for the last Sunday of each month at 8:30am for a time of prayer, devotion, and pancakes! Men of all ages are invited.
Senior Adult Ministry
Lamplighters — Meeting each month, the Lamplighters share times of food, prayer, singing, games, and much more. Join them at noon on the 4th Thursday of each month in the Fellowship Hall.
Golden Years Service — At 2:00pm on the third Sunday of each month, we participate in a worship service with our next door neighbors, Golden Years Nursing Center. Every time, we find that more than being a blessing, we are blessed. |
